Yesterday morning we visited the brocante market in Tongeren...

We really liked the vintage battered orange Renault nervasport car from 1938

but despite the new wheels it was still way too expensive.

 One of the antique shops along the route we visit regularly...

Antique Tiles

The kenderman bought this tile (130 x 130 x 9 mm)

about 20 years ago for 1 gulden.

We think it's a 17th or 18th century tile

from Friesland a so called "springertje".

Update 30-09-2017:
An expert told us it's a Harlinger tile from somewhere in between 1780-1820

We bought another tile from around 1700 with a Tasmanian tiger pictured.
