Wise?

I bought this little owl at a thrift shop for a friend of mine.

 She has a weak spot for owls. I hope she likes it.
She can have it and in return I would like a comment on this post ;)

Ceramic pots

These ceramic light blue pots with wooden lid were designed by Vincent Van Duysen.

After being on my wishlist for a long time I finally bought one and one year later a second one.

I think the matt finish of the glaze and the sandblasted wooden lid are stunning.

Yesterday spring has (officially) begun.

Today the yellow flowers of this willow look stunning!

 It's Salix caprea (Goat Willow also known as Pussy Wilow, Great Sallow).

The flowers are soft silky catkins, produced in early spring before the leaves appear.
