He keeps coming back and at this speed all the nuts will be gone soon

Piet Hein Eekhoorn has been visiting our hazel today.

Obviously no coincidence ;)

Nutty Nuts

During our last walk I've been gathering some hazelnuts for the squirrel.

The woodpecker has already eaten most of this year's hazelnuts in our garden.

And we haven't seen the squirrel for such a long time.........

Narcissus Snipe?

The first little star.
Just 10 cm in height.
The trumpet is still very yellow but it will fade into lemon, finally into white.
I'll keep you posted.
