Tranquillity

I just need some tranquillity...

.

We bought two flat pack fanback chairs. Made of recycled plastics (HDPE),
material from milk jugs, juice and shampoo bottles.

We put the chairs together almost without arguing :)

Tip Ton

 Curious about the forward-tilt position, I bought a Tip Ton chair on the internet.
Research shows a forward-leaning sitting position increases muscle activity in
the abdominal and back areas, which boosts the supply of oxygen to the body.
This solid plastic chair was designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby.
I hesitated about the colour for a while: basic dark or ice grey? 

The ice grey is a bit too blue to my taste. So I'll have to exchange it now.
I should have sticked to my old-time favourite black :)

Weekend

Weekend at last!!!!

It's time to "recupereren" (Flemish for recuperate/recover). 

Eames

We finally bought a vintage seafoam Eames armshell! :)

Leather

And then suddenly I had a thing about leather........

Don't worry I'm not going to buy myself a leather pants :)

But I did buy this pillow from Mensch Made and a new leather shoulderbag.
