  Yesterday we visited Amsterdam again.
You can see some earlier visits here.

On our way to the Hortus we passed Waterlooplein.

Around 25 years ago I was a regular visitor of this market (smile).

Amsterdamned

Today we visited Amsterdam to pick up some Ant chairs we bought on the internet.

Such a coincidence the seller lives in our favourite neighbourhood!

We were craving for some sun so we crashed at the "Cat in the Vineyard" terrace
(De Kat in de Wijngaert)

Of course we bought some food (pies) and beautiful flowers at the nearest market!

City Sunday

I discovered this bronze sculpture: 

Man met Stier - 1967 - Paul Grégoire

This sculpture would be fully appreciated in our garden (smiling)

Right now it's cramped between an ugly building and lots of bicycles.

Perhaps someone can convince the council of Utrecht to sell

this sculpture for a symbolic price to me! (winking)

Today we visited Utrecht again.
I could definately live here.........
in a beautiful old renovated house in the centre :)

Antwerp

Antwerp is a nice place to go to. Antwerp Central station is an architectual monument in itself.

Giant

This giant, placed in the city centre of Utrecht, caught my eye.

 My brother told me the story about Russell's teapot or the Celestial Teapot later that day.

Now I like it even more :)

Perfect Day

Today we went to Utrecht.

Yesterday it was my baby brother's birthday.
He's so much taller than me but he'll always be my baby brother :) 

Today we lunched together and I really enjoyed it.

Life can be so good!

Amsterdam

Despite the windchill, we went to Amsterdam yesterday.

At last the Noordermarkt (market) in sight!

A market with lots of great food.........

At the end of the day, we went back home with a bag filled with goodies :-)

Details

 There are a lot of beautiful details to spot.

I love the stone sculptures by the canal, especially the man with the lamb.

Utrecht

We went to Utrecht today.

Unbelievable how trees and plants survive in this city :-)
