Morning Ritual

This is one of my morning rituals..... photographing the Bocholt-Herentals canal.

Usually I take some pictures at high speed while the kenderman is driving,

trying to catch the morning magic. When I sometimes ask him to stop,

he says it's too dangerous. Your not allowed to stop at this particular point.

This morning, the kenderman was off from work so I stopped the car :)

 before... at high speed...

this is really difficult..... first focus at the horizon
and then take the shot in only a matter of seconds..... 

and always a second shot...

Happy Birthday Mum

Today it's my mothers birthday and our 11th wedding anniversary.

After living together for almost 10 years, the kenderman and I decided to get married.

We got married in the presence of our closest friends and family

at a grey deserted beach on a small island.

I'm still happy about that :)
