Winter Weekend

Today the sun invited us for a nice winter walk!

Yesterday we visited our friends.

Me and my best friend went for a walk in wintry conditions...

while the men preferred to stay inside (big smile).

Morning Ritual

This is one of my morning rituals..... photographing the Bocholt-Herentals canal.

Usually I take some pictures at high speed while the kenderman is driving,

trying to catch the morning magic. When I sometimes ask him to stop,

he says it's too dangerous. Your not allowed to stop at this particular point.

This morning, the kenderman was off from work so I stopped the car :)

 before... at high speed...

this is really difficult..... first focus at the horizon
and then take the shot in only a matter of seconds..... 

and always a second shot...

He is almost 18 years old now and in spring and autumn he loves to sleep in the sun.
