Goodbye World

Earlier I told you about my mum being ill...

At Christmas her fight came to an end.

In the presence of my brother and me she left this world.
She's someone you never ever want to say goodbye to!
We'll keep thinking and talking about her
and we certainly won't forget  ★

Finally temperatures are rising.... summer has arrived!

We've planted this vigorous rambler last year and it's doing very well.

This beautiful rose has strongly-scented white flowers. It smells just heavenly!

Four weeks ago a close relative was involved in a serious car accident.

Against all odds we kept hoping she would make it. Sadly enough she died yesterday.

It's still a bit unreal. In a couple of days we'll say a final farewell to her.

We're still burning candles and our thoughts are with her husband and children.

We have a mixed hedgerow with hawthorn, blackthorn, dogwood, spindle tree, and dog rose.

We sat down under the trees.

While leaving the parking....... we knew we would return some day :-)

This plant had lots of lices in spring but we didn't act and just waited.

We definitely won't spray with chemicals, at the very most we will just use some water.

It started flowering in june and it will probably go on until october.
