Sil

Perhaps he is smelling something.........

Or it's just the hair on his nose that's tickling........

I don't think it was the hair because it stayed their for another while :-)

Our cat is really loved but sometimes we're not so happy.
Because of his age his eyesight and his hearing got worse.
And since a year or two he started to cry out loud.
I has nothing to do with mewing, "comes from the tip of his toes" and it wakes you from your sleep.
In the beginning he only did this after his walk trough the garden.
He walked to our hallway straight away and started crying out loud.
The sound sets your teeth on edge.
We thought it had something to do with protecting his territory.
Since a year he also yells at night.
If I'm really lucky he doesn't wake me during the night.
Usually he wakes me 2-4 times a night with his crying.
During this action it seems like he is in his own bubble and he doesn't realise where he is.

You definitely don't need kids (or a antisocial neighbour) to have a bad rest at night :-)
