Piedmont Peppers

A really tasty dish. Perfect on a warm day.
Piedmont Peppers. Luke warm or even cold.
With some bread to dip ("soppen")

Cut some peppers and tomatoes in two.
Put the peppers in a oven tray with some olive oil.
Fill each pepper with some ansjovis,
half clove of garlic (thanks to anonymous) minced
half a tomato and grind some black pepper on top.
Sprinkle some olive oil on top and put the tray in the oven for
15 minutes on 200 degrees and another 45-60 minutes on 180 degrees.
