Piedmont Peppers


A really tasty dish. Perfect on a warm day.
Piedmont Peppers. Luke warm or even cold.
With some bread to dip ("soppen")

Cut some peppers and tomatoes in two.
Put the peppers in a oven tray with some olive oil.
Fill each pepper with some ansjovis,
half clove of minced garlic, half peeled tomato,
sprinkle some olive oil and grind
some black pepper and salt on top.
Put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes on 200 degrees
and another 45-60 minutes on 180 degrees.
