Tree Treasure

Last winter I found a black and soaked branch collar (takkraag) in the woods.

After letting it dry slowly, to prevent cracks, it's on the wall now.

I just love it. To surround yourself with beauty can be easy.

It doesn't have to be expensive or 'arty-farty' at all.

Ocean

- We have one ocean, we have one world -

If you can go to the cinema to see Ocean by David Attenborough... do it!

The film, the underwater shooting, is phenomenal and the message is clear.

As humans we're disturbing the balance and the damage is incalculable.

But there is hope!

We have to change our thinking and protect a bigger area of the ocean. 

We are lucky, the restorative capacity of the ocean is incredible.

The 2025 UN Ocean conference will be held in Nice, France, from 9 - 13 June 2025 🍀

Comforting

Right now a lot of people have feelings of anxiety...

You can find some comfort by listening to your favourite music, looking at
a nice painting or sculpture, reading a beautiful poem or book etc.
It will reduce your stress levels immediately.

In our brain experiencing beauty is connected to "trust"
and therefore to the belief everything is going to be okay.

It might take some practice if your not used to see beauty in "normal" things.
If you really try you can find beauty everywhere around you!

Take care of yourself and the ones around you and be save!
